Delamere Forest Golf Club
is a club geared towards its members. With its limited membership, members
are free to enjoy their golf on an
uncluttered course with visiting parties restricted to
Tuesday's and Thursday's. A regular monthly
medal, a number of annual competitions and a common interest in golf form the
backbone of the Club. Membership is strictly limited
to 245 full members but non-handicap players may apply and
coaching can be arranged through our resident professional

The membership structure provides 7 and 5
day categories for adults, with intermediate (18 - 23), junior
(under 18) and social categories also available.
Membership provides unlimited golf, together with access to the
facilities of the clubhouse which have recently been upgraded
with alterations to the dining room, the mixed lounge which has
now
become a two level casual bar containing a small spikes area
and the viewing patio area. A new Pro-Shop, built
during the winter of 2006, further
enhances the facilities at Delamere.

During
the winter of 2007/8 a new front entrance has been completed
with a ramp to allow access for the disabled, the old
professionals shop has now been transformed into a visitor locker and
changing room for use by members and visiting parties both male
and female, with a new trolley store and garage facilities for
the buggies which the club has for the use of the aged and
infirm. The building also houses a toilet facility for the
disabled and an office for the Course Manager.
Applications for membership details can be
made directly through the secretary. However, applicants
will require a proposer and seconder from within the Club.
